Refund policy

We accept returns for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items, in line with consumer protection laws. If this applies, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging (unless faulty). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, and international customers are responsible for any customs fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 days once the item is received and inspected.
